A. GLCloud specifically reminds you to read this User Service Agreement ("Agreement"), including disclaimers limiting GLCloud's liability and restrictions on your rights. You must be at least 13 (or the higher minimum age in your jurisdiction). Unless you accept this Agreement, you may not use related services. Registration, login, and use constitute acceptance. "User" or "You" means the individual or single entity obtaining a license and/or service through GLCloud.
B. GLCloud provides private storage space including data storage, synchronization, management, remote resource transfer, and related services. GLCloud does not directly upload or provide content and does not edit user-transmitted content. As an information storage space provider, GLCloud has no control over transmitted content and cannot guarantee legality, accuracy, integrity, or authenticity. For private, unshared files, GLCloud does not proactively browse or review content; compliance review occurs only when users create share links, valid legal requests are received, or as required by law.
C. If you violate this Agreement, GLCloud may take necessary measures including altering or deleting content, freezing or closing accounts, suspending or terminating services, without compensation.
D. This Agreement is between you and GLCloud only, not Apple; Apple is not responsible for GLCloud services or content. If this Agreement conflicts with Apple Media Services Terms, the Apple terms prevail (App Store services only).
1.1 Services are available to individuals aged 13 or older (or equivalent minimum age). We do not knowingly collect minors' data without verifiable parental consent.
1.2 Upon acceptance, GLCloud grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license subject to this Agreement and Apple Media Services Terms where applicable.
1.3 You are bound by this Agreement, the Privacy Policy, the Membership Agreement, and individual service terms. Registration constitutes acceptance.
1.4–1.5 GLCloud owns and operates the Services and may require correction of inappropriate conduct. Individual services may have separate terms accepted upon use.
2.1 Registration information must be truthful. Prohibited account names include celebrity/government names, offensive content, or misleading names.
2.2 Accounts and virtual assets are owned by GLCloud; users receive limited use rights after registration.
2.3 Accounts are personal only—no gifting, lending, transfer, or sale. Device limits are shown in-App (typically max 6 devices, 3 concurrent). GLCloud may recall accounts used by non-initial registrants without compensation.
2.4 Users must safeguard credentials and notify support@geilidrive.com of unauthorized use.
2.5 For lost accounts/passwords, email support@geilidrive.com. Recovery verifies form data only, not identity; impersonation losses are borne by the user.
Quotas are as displayed in the App.
(1) Inactive non-premium accounts: After 6 consecutive months without login, we notify via email and in-App that data may be cleared in 7 days if you do not log in. If you still do not log in within 7 days after notice, we may delete the account and all content without liability. Not applicable during valid premium membership.
(2) Excess usage: Exceeding quota restricts uploads and new remote transfer tasks until usage is within quota. Delete files or upgrade membership to restore.
(3) Long-term excess: Non-premium may face speed/playback limits; premium exempt from speed limits but must stay within quota. We may further restrict or clean excess data after reasonable notice; details per in-App announcements. Back up important data regularly.
(4) Premium: No inactivity cleanup during valid premium period; storage rules still apply.
2.7 GLCloud may terminate services without notice for false information, violations, legal requirements, or security needs, and may permanently delete server data.
Paid services require fees. Users bear equipment and connectivity costs. Prohibited acts include removing proprietary notices, reverse engineering, unauthorized access/scraping, network attacks, interference, and misuse. Users must comply with laws; remote transfer features are for personal lawful use only. Users indemnify for illegal conduct. Unauthorized derivative software may result in termination. GLCloud may provide updates automatically.
Users retain rights to uploaded content; GLCloud retains service IP. Users ensure lawful content. GLCloud does not endorse user content. Suggestions grant GLCloud a worldwide royalty-free license. GLCloud owns anonymized usage statistics. Notice-and-takedown for copyright—contact support@geilidrive.com.
Users indemnify GLCloud for claims arising from user content, use of services, Agreement violations, enforcement actions, or infringement of others' rights. Survives termination.
Services provided "as is" without warranties of merchantability, fitness, non-infringement, or uninterrupted/error-free operation. GLCloud not liable for deletion/storage failure. Third-party links/materials not endorsed. Apple refund rules apply for App Store purchases.
No indirect/consequential damages except unauthorized access/disclosure. GLCloud aggregate liability capped at fees paid in prior 12 months.
Personal use only unless written authorization from GLCloud.
GLCloud may amend or discontinue services. Privacy governed by Privacy Policy. Governed by PRC law; disputes submitted to courts where operator is located. Force majeure exempt. Apple is third-party beneficiary for App Store. Entire agreement; severability.
